Any procedural act that, by law, must be communicated to the suspect or defendant [GEO 71/2022 [1]]. The 2009 text said only “any procedural act in the case” [Criminal Code [2]]. The Constitutional Court found it unconstitutional in Decisions no. 297/2018 and 358/2022, and it was replaced on 30 May 2022.

Law 571/2003 is the old Tax Code. A new code has been adopted since, but some provisions may still have effects. Check the act in its current form.
