2. The Service
The Service enables searching Monitorul Oficial al României, Part I, from 1989 onwards and, where available, Romanian court files. It works through artificial intelligence assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT.
The Provider supplies the texts, their status and a reference to the printed page. The answer displayed to the User is written by the assistant, over which the Provider exercises no control.
3. The official text
Romanian law is published in Monitorul Oficial al României (Constitution, art. 78), and the official form of an act is the one published there. The consolidated texts, article histories and statuses displayed are reconstructed automatically by the Provider from those publications and may contain errors or lag behind the latest issue. The User must verify a text on the printed page before relying on it.
4. No legal advice
The Service is informative and does not constitute legal advice. In Romania, legal advice is reserved to lawyers (Law no. 51/1995, art. 3). For any decision with legal consequences, the User should consult a lawyer.

The User must not:
- extract the content of the database systematically or in bulk;

Official legislative, administrative and judicial texts are not protected by copyright (Law no. 8/1996, art. 9(b)) and may be reused freely. The structure, consolidation, histories, index, software and design of the Service belong to the Provider. The database is also protected by the database maker’s right (Law no. 8/1996, art. 141).
8. Availability and changes
